Delivery Information

1st class postage is free within the UK when you spend over £30. To take advantage of this, please ensure that the free shipping option is selected when you checkout. Orders below this amount are charged at just £1.00 for 2nd class and £1.25 for 1st class. Next day delivery (weekdays only) is also available for orders placed by midday.  We cannot guarantee next day delivery on orders placed after midday though may be able to if you contact us first.  Royal Mail charge a premium for next day delivery on Saturdays, so please select this if applicable.

International shipping is  £3.50 to Europe and £3.95 elsewhere for orders up to £30 in value. This is standard airmail which is untracked and uninsured. We insist on tracking for international orders over £30. Tracking is expensive though, so you might prefer to split your order into 2 or more smaller ones and pay for untracked shipping on each one.  International shipping charges are as follows:

                                                          Europe            Rest of world

Orders up to £30 (no tracking)           £3.50                  £3.95

Order value up to £100  (tracked)      £15.00                £20.00

Order value £100-£150 (tracked)       £17.50                £25.00

Order value £150 - £250 (tracked)     £20                     £35.00

We totally understand your need to create right now so do our best to post orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. The rest is down to Royal Mail  who are pretty efficient most of the time. So total delivery time is 2-3 days 1st class and 3-5 days 2nd class, not including weekends.  Delivery within Europe is usually within 5 working days but may take up to 7 working days outside Europe.  Some counties, notably Canada, may take longer than this.

We don't subscribe to the lastest fashion for popping "free" goods or sweeties in with your order or gift wrapping everything in tissue paper. We prefer to keep things simple and offer you the best possible value instead. We do  often use cardboard when packing goods which might appear a bit  unneccessary but flat parcels are much cheaper to send - this means less profit for Royal Mail and lower prices for you! Please open your package carefully to avoid damage to the contents.
