Delivery Information

Small orders (under £15) are charged at £1.95 for 1st class. Orders between £15 and £50 are charged at £3.95 for 1st class and £3.45 for 2nd class. 1st class postage is free within the UK when you spend over £50. To take advantage of this, please ensure that the free shipping option is selected when you checkout.                             

We totally understand your need to create right now so do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Please be aware that we have other business commitments so dispatch might take an additional day at busy times. The rest is down to Royal Mail  so please be patient if your order is taking longer than expected.

We don't subscribe to the latest fashion for popping "free" goods or sweeties in with your order or gift wrapping everything in tissue paper. We prefer to keep things simple and offer you the best possible value instead. We often use cardboard when packing goods which might appear a bit  unnecessary but flat parcels are much cheaper to send - this means less profit for Royal Mail and lower prices for you! Please open your package carefully to avoid damage to the contents.
