High quality silky furnishing cord with flange. The cord is 5mm wide and it is attached to a flange, enabling it to be neatly inserted into a seam, eg for a cushion. The whole trim including the flange is about 18mm wide. It is made from a cotton and viscose mix (49% cotton, 51% viscose). The viscose provides a lovely sheen and the cotton content gives it a good weight. Washable at 40 degrees (hand wash recommended). You can purchase by the metre or obtain our usual generous discounts when you buy a longer length or whole 20 metre reel. We also have a plain 5mm cord and plain and flanged 8mm cords available.
