High quality silky furnishing cord with flange. This is the thicker of the cords we offer. It is 8mm wide and it is attached to a flange, enabling it to be neatly inserted into a seam, eg for a cushion. The whole trim including the flange is about 21mm wide. It is made from a cotton and viscose mix (49% cotton, 51% viscose). The viscose provides a lovely sheen and the cotton content gives it a good weight. Washable at 40 degrees (hand wash recommended). Purchase by the metre or get a very generous discount on a longer length or reel. We also have a plain 8mm cord and plain and flanged 5mm cords available.
